King Cake #10 was a Nonna Randazzo of unknown variety (maybe cream cheese? slightly lemony); the box was unmarked and everyone at work thought it was something different. It was very fresh and the icing was almondy. Everyone was eager to try a Randazzo variation so by the time I got any there was only a tiny sliver left.
King Cake #11 was the mythical La Dolce Nola nutella. And I have to say as a fan of nutella this cake was delicious. The nutella was a thin ribbon and perfectly complimented the slightly sweet brioche dough. A really tasty new entry for this year.
